We produce our specialty cheeses with pure, regional cow's milk. Our master cheesemakers carefully process them further without using preservatives, stabilizers, artificial flavors or gluten. Which is how we guarantee delicious quality - 100 percent real cheese with a natural taste, retaining all of milk’s valuable nutrients. Our milk comes from local dairy farmers. This means we can rely on rigorously tested quality and freshness. Many of our dairy farmers have supplied us for generations - and we have supplied them. This partnership means a lot to us and is important. Established partnerships and mutual trust are of central importance to us as a worldwide group of companies. |

German and European food laws set the toughest guidelines in the world for manufacturers. In addition to these, we set ourselves an even wider range of standards. These provide consistent and ongoing quality control throughout the manufacturing process. In order to meet these demands, Käserei Champignon has been awarded the status “Higher Level” in accordance with the DIN ISO 9001/2008 international food standards as well as the highest recognition from the BRC global standards. |

|Selection of raw materials. In line with the requirements of QM Milk, each daily delivery of milk must be checked for quality and content such as fat and protein. In our Käserei 2000 – one of the most modern cheese factories in the world – we set a very high level of hygiene. Our cheeses ripen in our specially equipped maturing rooms, separate from other production areas. By doing this, we can create optimal maturing ripening conditions for our cultures. Innovation in our products and production methods is a constant goal for us. By implementing the latest methods and technology we achieve the highest possible efficiency and product security.
