​| When Italian masters of trade joined their expertise and skills with masters from Petrinja to make new salami in 1883, they had no idea they were on the verge of a major new discovery – Gavrilović Winter Salami! Namely, in the course of the maturing process, all salamis were “adulterated” and covered with a fine white mould coating which makes Gavrilović Winter salami well-famous even today. It is this fine mould that is responsible for the special aroma of
​Winter Salami.

Prepared according to the authentic recipe 
Tea sausage received its name in the small Baltic town of Rügenwalder around the middle of the 19th century. The name Tee-wurst or tea-sausage is said to derive directly from the habit of serving sandwiches made with this sausage during teatime. We still produce this unique sausage using the original, traditional recipe.

Prepared according to the authentic recipeThe delicatessen Petrinjska style ham is produced from the highest quality parts of the pork leg - muscle and the adjourning thin bacon. The manufacturing process and specific properties are very similar to prosciutto, which makes this product a top delicacy. Petrinjska style ham was named after the town of Petrinja, proclaimed as the Town of the first Croatian salami in 2007. This is the result of centuries-long economic and cultural bond between the town of the rich history and Gavrilović.Carefully selected spices achieve authentic taste carried over through generations.Rich and intensive aroma which balanced by a salty and smoky aroma.
Here too Swissco Industry in partnership with one of the biggest Meat producer in Europe under a strict supervision and specific agreement for quality control is proud to offer a wide range of canned meat.  
The production processes in fact comply with the most rigorous European and North American standards of product quality and food safety.   
If we observe all stages of processing, from the raw meat to the finished product, control measures for potential hazards are conducted at all production stages daily.
